Before we begin, it's essential to note that only specific authentication mechanisms are currently supported. These include Active Directory (AD), RADIUS, or Meraki-hosted authentication. If using Meraki authentication, enter your email address.

To get started, you'll need to provide the following credentials:

* Username: Your VPN login credentials

* Password: Your VPN password

* Pre-shared key: Enter the shared secret created in Security appliance > Configure > Client VPN settings

Next, select L2TP/IPsec + Preshared key as your provider type and enter a name for the connection. For example, you can choose 'Work VPN' for this purpose.

In the Server hostname field, enter either the hostname (e.g., com) or the active WAN IP (e.g.). It's recommended to use a hostname instead of an active WAN IP for better reliability in cases of WAN failover.

2. Click on the status area at the bottom of your screen where your account picture is located.

3. In the box that appears, fill in the information below:
